Waiver/Risk of Loss and Insurance
A Certificate of Insurance is REQUIRED. Please see sample below and

questions. Additional Insureds: All insurance required hereunder shall expressly
include the following entities as “Additional Insured's”: Carolina Golf
Cars and each of their affiliated companies, officers, agents,
employees, elected and appointed officials and volunteers (hereinafter the
“Additional Insured's”). shall not be liable for damages of any kind,
whether to person or property and or loss of time, and any other loss,
arising from the use of, or in any connected with said property. Lessee
agrees to hold Lessor free from all such damages.
Commercial general liability insurance (including contractual and product
liability) and automobile liability insurance (for all vehicles) with
minimum combined single limits of $1,000,000, respectively, combined
single limit per occurrence (on a primary and non-contributory basis),
protecting Contractor, Service Provider (if any), and
each of their affiliated, subsidiary and related companies, elected and
appointed officials, officers, directors, agents, employees, volunteers
and assigns of each, from claims for personal injury (including bodily
injury and death) and property damage that may arise from or in connection
with the performance of any Services pursuant to or in relation to this
Agreement, or from or out of any act or omission of Contractor, Service
Provider (if any), or Contractor's or Service Provider's officers,
directors, agents or employees;
Loss or damage to the vehicle and loss of use thereof, from whatever
cause, are risks assumed by the lessee and there shall be no abatement or
reduction in any way of the lease rental charge on account for insuring
the vehicle(s) against the risks of loss. If any vehicle is damaged, lost
or destroyed by any cause, lessee shall be liable for the expense of
repairing such vehicle or the cost of purchasing a similar vehicle if the
vehicle cannot be returned to the condition it was in the prior to the
damage. Failure to meet these conditions shall constitute a default
hereunder. The above terms apply to leased, rented, or owner units.
Golf Car Rules and Regulations
Drivers of golf cars must be 18 years old and have a valid driver’s
license. Underage drivers will not be tolerated. Alcohol policy will be in
force; if a driver is under the influence of alcohol, or found with open
containers, they will lose their driving privileges.
Irresponsible drivers will not be tolerated. Reckless driving and
irresponsible actions are reasons for confiscation of the vehicle. This
will be for the duration of the rental and no refunds will be issued. Golf
cars can and will be repossessed at our discretion, if the golf cars are
being abused or neglected. Park in designated parking areas only,
illegally parked vehicles will be confiscated.
Golf cars are to be used on paved roads only. Please do not overload
vehicles with more product or people than it was designed to hold. The
maximum load the golf car can carry is 500 pounds. If you have more people
than can comfortably sit on the seats of the vehicle, it is overloaded.
Overloaded vehicles can cause flat tires.
It is expressly understood and agreed payment for damages caused by lessee
will be secured on lessee credit card.
Rain delay and event cancellations are inevitable, there will be no
weather related refunds however, and additional charges for additional
days will be incurred. Damages to vehicle will be billed on credit card
used for rental payment and/or deposit.
If the oil light comes on stop using the golf cart. Contact onsite
personnel immediately.
Set parking brake, turn off ignition and remove key from the ignition when
car is not in use.
Additional fees for lost keys $5.00 each.
Loss, damage or decal / mud removal will be charged accordingly.
